These terms govern your use of purapet.com and any purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking via CCAvenue. Cash on Delivery is not available. Prices displayed are inclusive of 5% GST (HSN: 25081090).

Shipping We currently deliver within India only via BlueDart. Standard delivery charges of ₹200 apply per order. Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free delivery. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation.

Returns & Refunds We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to pura@ashapura.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Product Information All product prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Product images are for representation purposes only.

Limitation of Liability Ashapura Exports Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased on this site.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
